Overview:

We are currently seeking a SCM Demand/CPFR Planner-HA for our Supply Chain Division.  This position will be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

 

This position is instrumental in coordinating CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) activities with key accounts to determine SKU level forecast for the business unit.  This position will coordinate all inputs (CPFR, marketing strategies, promotion calendar, etc.) to the creation of the product forecast, its reconciliation to the financial forecast and balancing with operational constraints.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage CPFR- Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment-use internal SCM tools to create and audit sales and receipt forecasts for regional accounts.
  • Drive input into weekly S&OP meeting to ensure account level sell-in, sell-thru, channel inventory and promotional inputs are factored into replenishment and allocation decisions.
  • Participate in weekly conference calls with internal and external customers to review sales, forecasts, and commitments.
  • Utilize internal forecasting tools i.e. GCCN, DM, etc. towards enhanced forecasting capabilities while help facilitate gathering of account level data.
  • Collecting and Analyze weekly sell through data and publish weekly reports to management.
  • Review customer orders for proper shipping windows and delivery appointments, work with Logistics and load planners to insure maximum efficiencies & On Time/Right Qty.
  • Evaluate and maintain KPI (ex: Forecast Accuracy) while analyzing the variances and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
  • Responsible to ensure there is a realistic representation of collateral and promotional materials relative to their impact on new product introductions and promotions.
  • Attend some key customers PSI meetings.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree required with focus in Business/Finance/Marketing/Engineering preferred. MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years of functional experience in following areas: Forecasting, Marketing, Finance. 
  • High degree of computer literacy including Windows OS, Access, and Excel experience needed.
  • Advanced Planning systems experience a plus.
  • Strong telephone, interpersonal and follow-up skills a must.
